What sets your group apart from other string groups?
We are fully insured and can provide certificate of insurance for your venue. We are also fully established group that will not contract your event to other contractors. All of our musicians are experienced players whom have performed for many years and are well-versed in different styles of music.
What ensembles do you offer?
We offer solo, string duos, string trios and string quartets.
- A duo includes violin and cello, or one string instrument with keyboard- great for budget friendly events.
- A trio includes violin, violin (or viola), and cello — perfect for intimate ceremonies and small to average size venues.
- A quartet includes two violins, viola, and cello — ideal for fuller sound and larger spaces.
How do I book your services?
Just fill out our [Contact or Booking Form] with your event details. We’ll confirm availability and send a contract along with a deposit information to officially reserve your date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the event.
Can I choose the music you play?
Yes! You can select from our curated repertoire list, which includes classical, pop, film music, hymns, and more. You may also request some custom songs not listed—just give us a few weeks’ notice.
Will you perform outdoors?
Yes, but conditions apply. We require:
- Full shade or overhead covering (i.e. an awning, tree shading, patio umbrella)
- A flat, dry, stable surface
- Temperatures between 55°F–90°F
Our instruments cannot be exposed to rain, drizzle, direct sunlight, or extreme weather.
How long do you typically perform?
Our most popular packages include:
- Ceremony Only – 60 minutes
- Catholic Ceremony - 90 minutes
- Ceremony + Cocktail Hour – 120 minutes
- Extended Play (Reception, Dinner, etc.) – Custom packages available
We’re happy to tailor timing to your event schedule.
Do you attend rehearsals?
We typically do not attend rehearsals, but we arrive early on the day of your event to coordinate with your planner, officiant, or venue staff for a seamless experience.
Do you bring your own instruments and equipment?
Yes. All musicians arrive with their instruments and sheet music. Most events do not require amplification, but we can discuss options for larger venues if needed.
Can you play music not listed on your repertoire page?
Yes — we welcome special requests! If we don’t already have the piece, we’ll do our best to source it or create a custom arrangement. (A small fee may apply.)
What if a musician is sick or unavailable?
We have a trusted network of highly qualified professional musicians. If a substitute is needed, we’ll provide someone with the same skill and experience, ensuring a flawless performance.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for spring and summer weddings. For off-peak dates, shorter notice may be possible.
